The internship application form collects your name, email, phone, college, degree, branch, year of study, selected opening (if any), domain, duration and preferred start date, motivation, and acceptance of the internship terms. A resume, LinkedIn profile and GitHub profile are optional. Please omit identity numbers, health information, passwords and financial details.

By submitting the form and accepting its declaration, you consent to our use of this information to assess relevant skills and availability, contact you about your application, and manage an internship if selected. The application and optional resume are delivered to the authorised application-review inbox. We do not use internship applications to sell paid courses, project services or unrelated marketing.

If you join, participation records may include your offer, attendance, work logs, deliverables, supervisor feedback, assessment and certificate record. We use these to supervise the internship, assess completion, answer record enquiries and verify documents.

An issued certificate's unique link or QR allows anyone holding it to check its status and the published completion details, including the learner's name, domain, internship dates, certificate ID and issue date. An issued completion-certificate PDF can also be viewed from its verification page. Share your certificate or link only with people you want to have access to those details.

Application contact information, resumes and unissued drafts are not public verification records. Contact us if a published record is inaccurate or if you have a privacy concern.

When you contact us, submit a quote request, or fill out any form on our website, we collect the personal information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, company name, project description, budget range, and any other details you choose to share.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as your browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This information is used solely to improve website performance, security, and user experience.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as payment card details, national identification numbers, or health information through our website.

We are available Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM IST. Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to on the next business day, within 24 hours at most.

The website currently uses first-party cookies for administrator sign-in, session renewal and request protection. The current website does not include Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Our Cookie Policy describes these cookies and your browser controls.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of interactive elements on the site.

We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or serve targeted advertising.

Internship applications and attached resumes are delivered by email to the review inbox; issued document records and PDFs use our database and document-storage services. Access to application information is limited to people handling selection and internship administration. We do not share applicant data with course sellers or other employers for unrelated purposes.

We may also disclose your information when required by applicable law, a valid court order, or a government authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Syraaw Tech, our clients, or others.

We retain your contact and project information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including ongoing client relationships, contractual obligations, accounting and tax requirements, and legal compliance.

Application emails and attached resumes are retained for application review and follow-up, not indefinitely for marketing. Internship participation and completion records may need to be retained longer to support verification, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; this website does not perform automatic deletion from the review inbox. You may request the applicable retention information, withdraw your application or ask for deletion using the contact below.

If you ask us to delete your information and there is no overriding legal or contractual reason to retain it, we will remove it within a reasonable time and confirm when this has been done.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes secure connections (HTTPS), access controls, and storing data with reputable cloud providers.
