Internship Structure

A supervised work plan, with evidence at every stage.

Work is defined by the role and assessed through participation, deliverables, logs and supervisor feedback. A fixed number of portfolio projects does not establish internship completion.

Know the expectations before joining.

Each accepted role must identify a supervisor and a schedule for feedback. Keep attendance, weekly work logs and permitted work samples. The final review considers the agreed work plan and actual participation. Your offer specifies any stipend or unpaid arrangement; no stipend or job is guaranteed by applying.
